Name: My Favourite Elf

Description: I had a bit of mixed feelings about Oh Poison‘s latest version: there were some things I liked, but there were also some things that bothered me so I tried to modify and improve what I had already done.

Index page: an horizontal layout! I think the last time I made this sort of layout was back when I used frames so…it was a long time ago XD The updates blog was replaced with a little introduction and a table that shows various fanlistings stats.

Content page: uses the classic header image – content – footer scheme, but with a little twist. The menu, instead of being below the page’s title like in version 3, is located right below the content DIV and all the sub sections links are visible, no matter what section is being visited.

Name: Legolas who?

Description: Link artwork from Twilight Princess decorated with few grunge brushed and little dots. Main navigation was located under Link’s image, sub menu links appeared below the main menu and changed according to what section was being visited at the moment.

The footer was split into two parts: the former was divided into three columns featuring, respectively, a short introduction, various stats and a list of the most recent updates. The latter had the usual copyright/credits/contact links. I liked the overall result, though I wasn’t completely satisfied with how I modified the image as Link looked a bit "sunburned" o__O.

Name: A Blood-Splattered Bride

Description: a very simple layout featuring two different images of Uma Thurman as The Bride from the movie Kill Bill. Both images are from the famous chapter "Showdown at the House of Blue Leaves".
