Another day…another revision!
Just like Nocturne, the only thing I need to do to consider Nymph complete is the media section. As I said in my previous Rydia post, capturing anything from the DS in a good quality is quite hard. Since the textual part of Nymph is already finished I will wait until the PSP version of Final Fantasy IV comes out so that acquiring videos won’t be a problem. Until then, Nymph is going to be static and on hiatus.
I’ll make another update as soon as I get my priority list ready :)

With the whole thesis business over, this is the first (of many) posts to mark my return on the web scene. Because of university exams first and thesis after, I neglected all my sites for a few weeks (if not months)…now that I finally have spare time I’m slowly starting to work on them again.
Although I still haven’t made that priority list I talked about in the previous posts, I wanted to start with an old project: Nocturne. Nocturne was the very first shrine to be opened on Sohryu.nu in 2008 and I haven’t touched it in almost two years so it was quite compulsory to start from it. Here is what I have done:
- Complete revision to fix typos and rewording some sentences
- Fixed a problem with images (due to the wrong image path all the images didn’t work)
- Re-added all the affiliates because they had disappeared (go figure why…). Affiliation requests are obviously welcome ;-)
- Added a few new shrines in the Links section and removed all the dead links
This revision doesn’t mean Nocturne is now finished; there are still a few things to do before I can actually label it as complete and archive it. The media section in particular is the part of the shrine that needs to be expanded the most with the addition of voice clips, cutscenes videos and in-game caps. Sadly when I first played Final Fantasy X-2 I recorded only FMVs so, in order to get al the other footages, I will have to replay the game. I now have all the equipment to do that, but X-2, as all Final Fantasy, requires some time to be cleared. I may be able to replay during the summer, but right now I cannot be sure…. As I said, I don’t know on which sites I’m going to work so it might take awhile before I’ll make those additions.
Anyway, until I play X-2 again, Nocturne will be on hiatus while I work on the other shrines.

With an enormous delay I announce that Sohryu.nu is now affiliated with elenen.org, Larissa’s collective. So sorry for taking this long to add your link Larissa! (And I don’t need to tell you to visit it if you haven’t done it yet…it goes without saying you should! Really, you have to ;-))
Also since I’ve been rather MIA lately; here, on Livejournal and Twitter, I wanted to make a short update about the current network status. As may be inferred from the lack of updates, combined with me writing my thesis, Sohryu.nu is going on a short hiatus. I passed all my exams, but I still need to write my thesis and finish it ASAP. I will (hopefully) graduate on April 26 and I have to hand it in to my referee and co-referee on April 12/14 so until that happens don’t expect to see anything major (or minor for that matters).
I have a fanlisting due in April so I’ll try to finish it on time, but it all depends on my thesis. I absolutely want to get done with university and if I have to spend my days writing I will. I can’t wait to put university behind me and begin to have a social life again.
Uh all right, this update turned out more like a rant ^_^;;
Anyway as soon as my thesis is done and delivered I will plan the next moves for Sohryu.nu and post about it.

In some cases I don’t have any updates to do, in other cases I do update but I forget to write about it. This post falls into the second category /swamped me ^^;;;
Anyway, the [+] Lost Males fanlisting was finally adopted by Jessica and it can now be found at http://males.destinyfound.org/
Also, thanks to the super wonderful staffers at TFL and to I got not one, but two wishlisters *__*
- Lauren Reed and Julian Sark (Alias)
- Asuka Sohryu Langley and Shinji Ikari (Neon Genesis Evangelion) (partnered with Odi & Amo)
New adoptions made me think about my current fanlistings and I came to the conclusion that it is better to find new loving owners for the following trio:
- Craig Nicholls (Musicians: Male)
- Romanticism (Arts and Design: Schools and Movements)
- The Bride (Characters: Book/Movie)
It is hard to let these fanlisting go because I owned them for years, but if there are people who love them more than I do I won’t hold on to them :)

Coming up…: I have my first exam around the corner (four days x__X) and three more to take between June/July so, needless to say, I aim to pass them (with high scores, why not? XD) and get the rid off them.
I do have a shrine due in July and another shrine in the works. I will be working on them, just there won’t be probably any consistent updates until exams are overs.

Really quick update.
- Two fanlistings of my last adoption batch have been handed down to new owners: Evanescene – Imaginary, Muse – Time is Running Out. Thank you Danielle and Quirino for taking care of them!
- I’ve deleted the“sticky” tag from the adoption entry, but I’ve added a permanent link in the sidebar since there are still some fanlistings left. I also plan to add a few others in the future.
- Oh Poison! is on a short hiatus while I re-write some pages and fix few things here and there. It should be up and running again within a week or two.
Hopefully this will be the last time I have to revamp my collective @__@
P.S.: another shrine is on its way ;)
